A Tribute to My Lord
Sunlight comes in the form of rays
Moonlight comes in the form of reflections
Love comes in the person of God
When He died on the cross for us all
Mist are formless in the morning air
Blocking out our sights here and there
To see the way there is only one
To follow the Light, you won't stumble
Stormy clouds are part of the life
The only way, is to take a shelter
Problems of life, you can not avoid
But to abide in the hands of the Lord
Rivers are filled with fish and food
Forest provides for the animals and us
When we are in need there is a way
To seek our Lord as He loves us

Life
A dim of light brings joy in darkness
A drop of water stirs the whole pond
A spark of fire starts the flame
A shed of blood saves the humanity
Jesus comes to save lives
Jesus comes to show love
Jesus comes to carry our burden
Jesus comes to lead the Way
To the Cross His life hangs
On the Cross His blood sheds
With the Cross His victory sealed
From the cross He show the way
When no one loves you - He loves you before
When no one cares for you - He cares before
When life have no meaning - He already showed the Way
When hopes are lost - He already readies the Hope
God is merciful

God is loving & caring

Misunderstanding on Muslims
(this is from my personal study of available books out there and my opinions and understanding on my own blog. if you take offense on this article or you feel that there is something not right, you are free to rebuke me - after you also make some studies)
I as a Christian have been wondering why does the Muslims in the Middle East and South East Asia behave the way they are behaving. Bear in mind this is my observations among the critical attitudes that has been displayed:
Bad temper is common, curses are common, hurting other people is common whether physically or in any other form, somehow can not separate government and Islam, hatred towards Christians and especially Jews is rampant
This is what I observed generally on the Malay Muslims (especially from western Malaysia):
Act superiority over other races, self denial is common, went against Jews even though they are not related historically to Malaysian Malay Muslims except through Islam
I am not saying I am a saint. But among “normal” people outside (non-muslims), this is what I observe:
Bad temper is occasional, curses normally those from “darker” background, hurting other people normally those from “darker” background, back stabbing on certain people in corporate
Actually, in comparison to the recent events such as from politics and even from Middle east, I think the black society are even more “mature” or in a sense – more humane.
Even Raja Petra from Malaysian-Today.com are from the lot that is very against the people of the book (whether through principality or through his words on the site). Although he takes care not to incite offense more than necessary.
I, on the other hand did not really understand them a lot. What I understood was, they are believing in the same God the Father as us Christians and God of Jews - just as from what the Muslims said. Even some of the Bible translations have Allah replacing Bible God.
The book:
All these thoughts and observation mindsets changes after I read the book called Islam Reviewed by M. Ali (2nd American Edition). I think the “American Edition” is there as there are some issues against the USA citizen mindset of the time (as well as current). If you want to read this book, you can find it online or can get it from FMC library or can ask me.
What I understood now is this:
Allah and my God the Father who called Himself “I AM” (and God of Jews) is NOT the same God.
Nabi Isa and my Saviour Jesus Christ is NOT the same. Even the spelling has been changed to suite their (Islam's) needs. The real spelling from Arabic for Jesus goes to YESUS.
Allah is very inconsistent in Koran – he can be holy occasionally and then occasionally be NOT holy to suite the “situations”. Like if it is of the interest of “Allah” (or the prophet or anyone so-called representing “Allah”), then it is alright – no problem to go against the holiness.
Koran is filled with hatred (glorifying curses and murders – even though we know these are NOT holy acts) and it is against even humanism.
In Koran, the jinns and spirits converse with humans – suspiciously as I feel that these are evil spirits. And when evil spirits are involved, we know they stem from the Lord of Lies.
In Koran, a lot of things from the Bible are twisted.
Historically (and even now) Islam has been used as a reason to conquer other countries, race, dominion for the sole purpose of self-interest of the “conqueror”.
Muslim has been forced through Koran education of hatred since young. The love they know is “love thyself” or “love the people who love you” (“love the believers”).
To Muslim, the war in Koran is not finished until the whole world and every country is conquered with Islam and Syarie as the law of the nation and the non-believers are oppressed until they can not stand up.
To Muslim, killing the non-believers are glory to the Islam.
The questions that provoked my thought is this:
Why is Islam so against Christians and Jews? Is it just because they are the “people of the book”? Is it just because the prophet can not survive (or should I say, the Allah does not save him from) the assassination attempt on his life by Jews – is it Allah's will that he die in the hands of his prisoners or Bible God/Jews God's will that he die by the hands of his prisoners? Why is Allah so inconsistent? Why does Koran not teach clearly the salvation to the Muslim – that they all have to go to Hell – but how do they get out from there afterwards are unclear? That their heaven is womanising and and being drunkards (pity the women)? What is the meaning of the crescent moon and star as their symbol?
My thought is now of this:
Muslims have gone through an education system that destroyed their humanity since their early childhood against their will. In Bible, we clearly know who are actually happy in doing this and are being warned. In Bible, our God is very consistent in His holiness, even the Jews as far as I understand. This is not with Allah. The Muslims can go ahead with all the destructions happily since there are very few resistances as the Christians and the Jews has been teaching them not to hit back or kill – this also makes the Muslims feel superior.
The moderate Muslims are more humanistic but how long will they last with all the hatred influences getting harsher from among the Muslims of the Middle East?
What from all these?
Muslims know no love for others. We are ordered to love them more. The question is how?
I guess, the power of God – through prayer is needed.
Christians need to be awake, arise and stand up for Christ with His love – follow His orders strictly in Bible.
Yeah, I've been a sleepy Christians all these while. Better shape up now. God have mercy on me. God have mercy on those who rejected Thy Word.
Further action: read more about Islam and Jews to understand them more. Pray for Muslims. Pray for country.
